- For Schools & Coaching Institutes: Post events, list courses, upload brochures, display fee structures, and reach potential students
- For Counselors: Connect with students and parents seeking guidance
Registration & Access
Registration on TuteFinder is completely free. Additional premium services and features are available through paid monthly subscriptions.
Accounts & Registration
To use certain features you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your name, email, mobile number, city, and other required details
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Grant us permission to access and store uploaded images and camera access for profile and content purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, infringing, or in violation of these Terms.
We use cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies to collect and store certain information when you use our Service. These technologies are used for functionality, analytics, and performance monitoring, including through Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity.
User Obligations
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. In particular:
- Provide truthful and accurate information in listings, profiles, and communications
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users
- Follow any policies or community guidelines posted on the Service
- Maintain professional and respectful conduct in all interactions

User Content & Ownership
"User Content" means any content you submit to the Service, including job posts, event listings, profiles, reviews, ratings, course information, brochures, images, and messages.
By submitting User Content you grant TuteFinder a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sub-licensable license to host, store, use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Service and to improve our products and services.
Data We Collect
We collect and store user details including but not limited to:
- Personal information (name, email, mobile number, parent name)
- Location information (city, address)
- Uploaded images and media content
- Educational preferences and requirements
- Communication history and interactions
Data Sharing & Third Parties
By using TuteFinder, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your data with third parties for various purposes related to the educational ecosystem.

Important: We do not sell personal user data in open markets. We may share limited user information with third-party educational institutions strictly for the purpose of lead generation, student outreach, admissions, marketing of educational services, and platform functionality. Such data sharing is consent-based and occurs only when a user submits an enquiry, creates a profile, or interacts with services on the platform.
Reviews & Ratings
TuteFinder allows users to post reviews and ratings for teachers, schools, coaching institutes, and counselors available on the platform.
- Users may post honest reviews based on their personal experience
- Reviews must be truthful, factual, and based on actual interactions
- Users shall not post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
- Reviews should not be posted in exchange for payment or other compensation
- TuteFinder reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate these Terms
- Service providers may respond to reviews in accordance with platform guidelines
Schools and coaching institutes may also list their courses, fee structures, brochures, and other relevant information on their profiles. This content must be accurate and up-to-date.
Payments & Subscriptions
While registration on TuteFinder is free, certain premium features and services are available through paid monthly subscriptions. Payment terms are governed by the checkout terms presented when you purchase.
Subscription Plans
- Multiple subscription tiers are available (Basic, Premium, etc.)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Different plans offer varying levels of access and features
- Pricing may vary based on user type and selected features
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you consent to the processor's terms and conditions. We may modify pricing at any time but will not retroactively change fees already paid.
- All subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided except as outlined in our Refund Policy
Refund Policy
All subscription fees paid to TuteFinder are generally non-refundable. However, we have implemented a fair lead-based extension policy for users who do not receive leads during their subscription period.
Lead-Based Subscription Extension Policy
If you do not receive any leads during your subscription period:
- Contact us via email at support@tutefinder.com on the day your subscription ends
- We will extend your subscription by one (1) additional month at no cost
- If you still do not receive leads during the extended period, email us again at the end of that month
- We will provide another one (1) month extension
- This cycle will continue until you receive leads on our platform
- Extension requests must be submitted via email on or before the subscription end date
- Extensions are provided only if no leads were received during the billing period
- Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances
- Partial subscription periods are not eligible for extensions
- Users must maintain an active and complete profile to qualify for extensions
- This extension policy can be chaned in future, please read refund policy periodically for better clarity
This policy applies only to lead-generating subscription plans. Other services or one-time purchases may have different refund terms. For questions about refunds, contact our support team at support@tutefinder.com.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- Post fraudulent, misleading, false, or illegal listings or information
- Impersonate another person, entity, or organization
- Harvest, scrape, or collect information about other users for unauthorized purposes
- Upload malware, viruses, or content that disrupts or damages the Service
- Engage in spamming, mass messaging, or unsolicited marketing
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or discriminatory
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by TuteFinder
Moderation & Removal
We may monitor User Content and reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or community standards. We are not obligated to monitor all content, but may do so at our discretion.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities when necessary. Content removal decisions are final and at our sole discretion.
- We may remove content without prior notice if it violates these Terms
- Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination
- Users may report inappropriate content using our reporting tools
- We will review reported content and take appropriate action
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of TuteFinder India Private Limited and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The TuteFinder name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of TuteFinder India Private Limited.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TUTEFINDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content is accurate, complete, or reliable. We do not verify the credentials, qualifications, or backgrounds of teachers, schools, or other service providers listed on our platform. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
TuteFinder is a platform that facilitates connections between users and does not guarantee any specific results, leads, or outcomes from using the Service.
Platform Status Notice: TuteFinder is a newly launched platform. Certain listings, profiles, images, or content displayed on the Service may be sample, placeholder, or demonstration data used for testing, quality checks, or presentation purposes. Such content does not represent actual users, institutions, or services unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TUTEFINDER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR ONE THOUSAND RUPEES (₹1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These rules will not apply in cases of fraud or intentional serious wrongdoing where the law does not allow it.
TuteFinder is not liable for any interactions, transactions, disputes, or issues arising between users of the platform. Users engage with each other at their own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TuteFinder India Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service and access to the platform
- Your breach or violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Your User Content and any claims arising from it
- Any interactions or transactions with other users
- Any disputes arising from services arranged through the platform
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support@tutefinder.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, data sharing agreements, indemnification, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive termination of these Terms.
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh and the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You and TuteFinder agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@tutefinder.com before initiating any legal action. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws of India.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Contact our support team at support@tutefinder.com with details of the dispute
- Allow 30 days for informal resolution attempts
- If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws of India
- All legal proceedings must be conducted in English or Hindi
Changes to Terms
We may revise, modify, or update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:
- Email notification to your registered email address
- Prominent notice on the Service homepage
- In-app notification or banner
- Update to the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TuteFinder India Private Limited regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect
- Waiver: Neither party's failure to enforce any right or provision will be considered a waiver of such right
- Assignment: These Terms may not be assigned by you without our prior written consent, but may be assigned by TuteFinder without restriction
- Language: These Terms are provided in English. In case of any translation, the English version shall prevail
- Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
